Gingerbread Version
Requiriments- Alcatel OT-990 with 2.3.4 Android version (Gingerbread).
- ICS theme.
Download ICS Theme v1 for QME ROM.
Installation
Note: I recommend you make a Backup before installing the theme.
- Download ICS Theme v1 and put it on the SD card.
- Reboot into ClockworkMod Recovery, choose install zip from sdcard and then choose zip from sdcard.
- Select ICS_Theme_v1_XXX.zip choose Yes, and wait until the installation is completed.
- Reboot your phone.
Froyo Version
Tested on Alcatel OT-990A, maybe will work with other versions, but it has only the languages: English (US and UK), Spanish, French and Italian. So if you want to try, do it at your own risk.I recommend you make a backup before installing the theme.
Customized for Android 2.2 (Froyo)

- Reboot into ClockworkMod Recovery, choose install zip from sdcard and then choose zip from sdcard.
- Select ICS_Theme_v1_OT990A.zip choose Yes, and wait until the installation is completed.
- Reboot your phone and wait a few minutes until the system completes the new configuration (about 3 minutes).
- That's it, now your phone looks like Ice Cream Sandwich.

second, i tried to install ICS theme for my OT 990, but i dont think my phone took it, as it is stuck on the Alcatelonetouch page and doesnt go further. ITS TOTALLY my fault as i didnt back up as you suggested...my bad! I will learn...
BUT...would you be so kind as to send me a link, infos, what ever something easy for you, a way that i could remedy to this problem ? What should i do? Im just discovering Android.
